This large (500 sqft.), one-room cabin is located atop the 3 Rivers Outfitters Hill in Hardy. It sleeps five (5), with one full-size bed, one full-size sleeper sofa, and a day bed. This unit includes a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, cable TV, and a large deck with a grill.

All accommodations are quoted for two (2) adult occupants. When the number of occupants exceeds two (2), there is an additional charge of $15 per adult or $10 per child age 7- 12. Children 6 and under stay free. A deposit equal to one night’s stay will be charged to your credit card at the time reservations are made. A cancellation notice of at least ten (10) days is required to receive a refund of your deposit, minus a $15.00 cancellation fee. If you cancel in less than ten (10) days, your deposit will be forfeited. There is a two night minimum on weekends from Memorial Day to Labor Day. There is a three night minimum on holiday weekends. All cabins have central heating and cooling and are within walking distance of Main Street Hardy.
Misc Fees: Lost or unreturned key – $10. Late Check out – $50. Additional service fee will be charged if excessive cleaning of cabin is required. Damaged or stolen items will be assessed accordingly.
